So I emailed gigabyte at
services@gigabyteusa.com
3 times this week because the they posted for me was really confusing. Apparently they repaired my hd 7950 on october 5th and updated the status on the 10th saying that they shipped it out on the 11th. Thats not even possible unless you have a time machine. Then they proceded by updating the status to already received on 1900/01/01 at 12:00. I emailed them 3 times over 5 days and received no response..... Can someone help me out here? Thank you

I've also had no contact after a RMA that got me another broken card. I hope they get it solved for you.
