Will Gigabyte fix this "Event ID 56" (Windows 10 Pro ver.10586)

First of all everybody that is running a Z170 chipsets. Could be having this problem. That is every MB company out there. One thing are you OC'ing? That could be the problem. So if Microsoft comes out with a update how is it Gigabyte Fault?

I'm using H170 and not Overclock.
