SIV Hardware monitor not displaying

Just bumping this because unfortunately it has still never been resolved. Does anyone know a more appropriate place to report it to Gigabyte? Or anyone have any fix?

I had an issue related somewhat in that I had both the Vega onboard and the gpu enabled at boot.
got a no signal from either.
I fixed it by disabling 1 or the other before booting from a cold boot.
try disabling 1 booting up then enabling both and set the view for both at that time.
since this new round of win 10 updates.......

I've had the exact same problem with the B16 release. When I reverted to the B15 release, the hardware monitor worked. In fact, the fan speed control doesn't work at all in B16, and in B15 it does work.
I have a GA-Z170M-D3H motherboard on Win 10 x64.
