Hi! I have a Gigabyte X79-UD3 with PSU XFX TS 850 and i had a GTX 660 Ti working fine .

This week, i buy a Gigabyte GTX 970 - Twin Turbo in Amazon Store, but the GPU dont recognize. The board long beep and 2 short beep.

Reading forum, i put a F21e Firmware and nothing.

The beep codes indicate a video initialization error.  I seem to recall one or more revisions of this board having an issue..  but I think it had to do with over clocking?

What CPU are you running?  Sandy or Ivy EE?  F21e is beta.  F20 for both revs is considered stable.  Load set up defaults and reseat the card.  That failing, I would try F20.  Don't forget to tell us with CPU you are running.  ;)
