Ga-78lmt-usb3 rev 5 No boot no video no post

Hello.
I am having verry bad issues with my system
Ga-78lmt-usb3 rev 5
Amd 6300 fx
Gtx 1050 ti

First the mother board would only detect one stick of ram no matter what I do I am trying to use 1600 ram I know support 1333 but should slow it down? All ram works alone but never with more than one stick in?

Second and main is constant problem of no post no video or boot.. If I pull cmos battery power and all reset it might work.. When it's on it stays on but then when power off it takes many attempts sometimes days before wakes.. The fans lights and all hard drive a power and spin just no output..

Any ideas guys? Tried resting cmos battery.. Ram in different slots no ram and 6 different ram same issue with on board graphics.. As far as can tell

Processor seems seated and no bent pins any other suggestions or is motherboard dead (just got this pc so no returns as second hand)

Anyone have ideas please back to same some days works some days doesn't seem to help if take ram out and put back in..

Somone must know if it's fixable or. Mobo.. Am sure it's mobo but don't want to purchase new one if possible more issues?
