H270-HD3P PCIEX1_1 Not Detecting GPU Win10x64

H270-HD3P PCIEX1_1 Not Detecting GPU Win10x64

The MB chipset was installed properly and no error reported in Device Manager.

When socketing GPU (attach to PCIE riser) is not detecting in PCIEX1_1. However its working perfectly when transferred to other PCIE slot.


Anything missing.
