I think the next thing to do would be to update your BIOS to the latest version which is F10. F9 actually helps "Improve memory compatibility" so that might provide a solution to your troubles.

Done. I have updated to F10 bios, wich also changed GA startup logo screen, but didn't last the 1st turning off/on process. Actually this issue starts when I turn of PC. This time the W7 Login screen booted, but as soon as my password was entered, screen went black for 5min and never started Menu nor desktop icons.

Again, hard reseted, entered Bios, MIT, Memory Freq, moved down from Extreme to Turbo enhance, saved and exit, now I´m posting this reply.

What else can I do??, although im getting tired of this as Im pretty confident it is not my motherboard but all the H55m series.

Thank you.

I can understand your frustration and I know just how it feels to have a problem that you just can't seem to get on top of. :-\  However I am sure it is down to memory incompatibility. I think that you need to take your system into a local service centre and get them to try some known compatible memory with the board. There is little more we can do remotely.

Ok, first I think you as Gigabyte representative should escalate this issue to the proper department in order to get some Bios update or something that assures compatibility with this Ram modules. This issue is not a memory issue, it is the mobo, I'm very sure, at G Skill tech forum I was following a similar thread with this same series, problem was solved as he changed motherboard brand.

May be I should do the same, go to a local store and change my mobo to a ASUS or ECS may be, they seems not to have this problems.

I am sorry to have to disillusion you but I am not a Giigabyte representative, I wish I were, but just someone who gives their time on here to help other people having problems. So I am sorry but I can only offer help and advice. I can only recommend that you contact by PM the only Gigabyte payed person on the forum called "runn3R" and take it up with him. Good luck.
