Is it possible to update bios F62d on to the Pinnacle ridge cpu or is it finale version Bios F4

2600 requires F1 minimum.  All BIOS revisions beyond that either add support for newer CPU's or address compatibility / security issues. 

If you system is stable, there is no need to upgrade.   Some of the BIOS after F4 have specific requirements (chipset versions).  Several users reported issues upgrading from F32 > F40 and later.  If you are stable, I would think twice about updating just to be on the "latest" BIOS rev. which may not give any additional, support, features, compatibility or security enhancements.

Sorry my mistake, you can update  Pinnacle Ridge all the way to the F63b BIOS according to Ryzen SMU checker. I guess I will do that, it will at least unlock FSB overclocking, update AGESA code and maybe add some other new stuff. + It will be ready for Ryzen 5600x. :D
