Maybe it is a faulty memory module. Try running Memtest86+ on the memory one stick at a time for at least ten loops each.

Is there a patch (firmware) for your hard drive?  I would suggest you check it out..

I used memtols and eztools.results is good.no problem

i'm used f3 bios because just freezes when copy/paste.Another bios versions freezes during idle and copy/paste.
i'm waiting new hdd.

Just re-read the thread and noticed in your opening post that you have been using the memory at 1600Mhz. It could well be that the CPU's memory controller is playing up now because of this. AMD say that it can exhibit some unusual faults when it happens.

Ram : Kingston 2 gb 1600 mhz (i using 1600mhz and not problem. )
