Hi and welcome to the Gigabyte Forum.
It is not terribly clear but from what you have described I would hazzard a guess that it is a fan alarm from  the motherboard. Have you checked all your fans are running at proper speed and thet the heatsink on the CPU is firmly fixed. The Noctua D-14 is a good heatsink and it does draw a lot of power for the fans so it is advisable to connect it directly to the PSU in which case you will need to disable the alarm for the CPU fan.

I am almost certain that what you are hearing is an alarm. There are quite a few different ones that come from the motherboard so I would just suggest that you go through the BIOS until you track it down.

Try removing the buzzer from the FrontPanelConnector down at the bottom right hand corner of the motherboard and see if the noise stops. If it does it is definitely an alarm. If not then post back and we will try and trace it.

It is possible then that you haven't fitted a buzzer/speaker but if that is the case where is this beeping coming from?

If you check you manual on page 31 you will see where you should have attached it.

well i do have all ready speaker connected on the motherboard but they are connected to the back panel. HD AUdio. i did disconnected it but nothing was changed, beeping continues. the source of beeping is somewhere sound bridge i cant locate it exactly, but when i am moving with the mouse,i can hear the noise mostly.its sound something like a load... i did disconnected the hard drives too, but nothing. Perhaps I should update new BIOS?

Have you looked at the page of the manual that I posted? That shows the speaker/buzzer connection that is by the Southbridge. The speakers you are talking about are totally different.

If it is just a buzzer it is a tiny tubular shaped object with two wires coming out of it that connects to the two outside pins on the connection marked SPEAKER on the motherboard front panel header on the bottom right of the motherboard. The whole thing is only about 3 cm long and doesn't have to be fixed to the case like the old speakers.

The first thing I would check is in the BIOS all the alarm states for the fans etc.
