Can this European Forum be used for American RMA requests?

Can this European Forum be used for American RMA requests? I can't seem to find a forum on the American Gigabyte site.

Also, if there is a  forum on the American Gigabyte site, please let me know the URL!

Thank you

This part of the forum is not used for doing any RMA requests but just to inform how to handle them in UK & IRL.

For RMA in America pls check following link: http://rma.gigabyte.us/DirectRMA/EndUser_Main.asp
ZX-S & C64 are still my favourites ;-)

As runn3R has already said this is really a forum for the UK & Ireland although all are welcome to participate. He tries very hard to put people in touch with whoever they need to contact but Gigabyte as a company is not good with this transparency with customers and doesn't really like to be easilly contacted. They could do with a Customer Relations phone line for each area where you could call and talk to someone.

Because people might actually use them!  :o

Most probably it's due to USA branch has enough human resources to handle endusers by phone line, while UK doesn't - the same applies to Australia, France and Spain for instance, as I have just checked at: http://www.gigabyte.com/about-gigabyte/contact-us.aspx.

Hi runn3r, yes I checked as soon as you had put up the link in the first place. It is only USA, China and Germany if memory serves me right that have a phone connection available to the public. :(
