Thanks, I'll keep you posted once I hear back again.

I don't think it's a PSU issue, no way both of our setups could be affected by the same PSU Incompatibility in the same way?   I'm using Ultra X3 850W, but could test with Hale90 750W too, but I don't think a test like that is needed really.

They say and show me it's working fine for them, so it can't be a BIOS issue.   I guess that means something in our hardware is the same and causing an isssue, or both of our boards are faulty in the same manner maybe, not sure at all man?   I'll keep you posted though once I hear something back on this.

I sent in images of my test BIOS settings as well, and idle/load images showing temps with real temp cause they thought maybe temp issue or throttling, CPU-z x 3, easytune advanced voltage tab - for both before and after resume.

I use the following, and it sounds like the only hardware we have in common is the BIOS as I'm actually using a B2 board even.

GA-P67A-UD4 (Flashed to B3 - F4 BIOS)
2500K
4GB Mushkin 998826  1600Mhz 6-8-6-24
Gigabyte 5870 SOC
Crucial C300 SSD
Ultra X38 850W PSU (ULT40312)
Razer Deathadder mouse - Logitech G11 keyboard

Hi,
Is there any update on the whole sleep issue?
Anyone with the same problem had any luck?

SUCCESS!!
Gigabyte sent me the F5b BIOS which has sorted my sleep problem.
System now maintains CPU voltage after resuming from sleep.
Thanks to all at Gigabyte for the help.

This is why i buy Gigabyte kit!

Thanks
