Can be a problem because I have  sata 2 cable and not sata 3?

There is not supposed to be any difference between the two, but it wouldn't hurt to try another cable.

I would agree with Allan too about trying the Mavell GSATA port to see if it makes any difference.

 i use the intel SATA3_0 on mine with a vertex 3 240.

I have connected ssd on marvell controller and the problem is the same. Maybe I need to install any driver?

 Yes!..........Go over to the Gigabyte website .......download and install the Marvell set and retest   ,........ with no marvel drivers , the port operates at SATA II spec.

  Where loosing something in the translation here.........

  1) Not always but sometimes drivers a optimized for a given motherboards.......especially if your having troubles, use the manufactures website for Bios and driver downloads.

 2) It was Marvell drivers I thought we were talking about loading and trying over the Intel port ........these drivers you pointed me too are 2 years old

.........YES!.....and try out the port that support it to see if there is a difference in the performance over the Intel port

    This will mean swapping the SATA connector .......As well as installing the driver and GUI

The problem remains the same. Possible to fault the sata 3 port?

You say the problem remains the same. Can you elaborate please.

I think you need to remove all your drives apart from the SSD and put that on SATA3_0. The controller should be set to AHCI in the BIOS and the drivers should aready be loaded.

For now I only have SSD, in bios I have AHCI
