Also for your screen copy you can use Windows shortcut CTRL + PRT SCreen keys and after past & copy ( CTRL C )  in  Paint !!

Yes, newest Intel Raid Storage manager installed. Irrespective of Intel saying 3TB being supported, it doesn't work, there are thousands of posts saying the same thing! However, recently one chap reprted success with his Asus boards after an official update of his MB P8P67 BIOS. I don't think there is anyone with a Gigabyte board that has made it work on the ICH10R...............if anyone has, please let me know.

On a side note mate, when I installed your custom BIOS with the revised Intel OROM, when booting in to the system, the BIOS had down clocked the CPU, the memory and changed boot order and other settings and the 3TB drives were not seen. When these vakues are then changed and I came out of BIOS on reboot, the board would report a chksum BIOS error and start reloading a safe BIOS F4 (very old), so not really sure whats happening there.

I forgot about the old Print Screen as have been using Sniping Tool for ages, but when you right click and display a Windows prompt, everytime I clicked on Sniping Tool, the prompt would dssapear. I'll use Print Screen next time....... those dodgy pics are from an iPhone camera!

rename 11.0.0.1124.JPG to 11.0.0.1124.RAR

and after you can use with CBROM32 for hack your BIOS ( report if run fine )

* no problem with my RAID 10 with 4 * 1TO but OptionRom conflict ( i cannot see my 2 * HighPoint RR622 BIOS but normal if Intel Option ROM is > 8.9.1.1002

I've now received a new firmware BIOS to test from Gigabyte, however it requires using FlashSPI to install the BIOS. I don't have a floppy drive attached and tried by making a bootable USB, but have had no success to date. Is there anyone that can run through how to do a BIOS update using FlashSPI? Would appreciate the help.

 It still pays dividends having a 3.5 drive in the draw, ... even if you only use it once a year....most computer shops will give you a second hand one if you ask nicely......or under a fiver if there sharks!

Yes that's about it, an external drive connected by USB is probably the best bet but then the size of BIOS updates make them too big to go on a floppy anyway.

I use always an old 4 Gb IDE harddisk ( with a IDE to Sata adapter if MotherBoard is without IDE port ) formatted in FAT32

Hello friends ... no big problems only one :

I play with a new NetGear WNR3500L ( WIFI N and GigaBits HUB for 4+1  ports ) low cost

I have installed DD-WRT firmware ( with stock firmware cannot run in Repeater Mode )

I use not in Router mode but in Repeater and WIFI N is not much stable ( some 130 MBps to 10 MBps by moment  ) !!

That's four days that i am the top and it starts to get upset

The Intel AHCI and RAID Firmware should be updated to the latest and also the JMBMircon Firmware should be updated to the one from here

When I open the Bios in cbrom with /D I see PCI ROM A B and C with Ich9RAID.bin ahci.bin and jmb59.bin. It seems that these have to be changed anyhow. When I release the RAID for example its just around 52kb big. The file from this thread here ist around 121kb. So that cannot fit, i think

Should I rename the file form here (11.0.0.1124.RAR) to ICH9RAID.BIN and AHCI.BIN and put them back into the Bios or must I do something other. Do I need an AHCI.BIN. This is not clearly stated here anywhere. When the 11.0.0.1124.RAR is enough for both why is it two times bigger than the older BINs?
