Glad to be able to help but I cannot claim it as my own and there is a run down of it on the Microsoft website somewhere. ;)

Heh, sometimesx even microsoft is good enough...

Sadly their support is very very hard to reach, i have a major problem with videocard, which is most likely directx problem mixed with nvidia drivers...
And Microsoft haven't answered me for half of year :(

What!..................Microsoft!.................. support!........................  I can assure you................. that was a nasty rumor started by an Indian call Centre from memory..........the free 24/7 support you get when buying a full copy of a MicroSoft OS last exactly 24 mins 7seconds.....after that it's 40 pounds just to place a call..........to India!

Jokes aside.............Microsoft support have lost the plot with red tape.........a legitimate, warranted call to MS..........is a mine field at best just to get  a phone number off the support filter......with the focus being to..........validate you copy........... discredit you problem/rights for a Pre- paid  free support service..........and acquiring credit card details for billing purposes .............Far superior support services is given for a 22 pound Portable DVD player

It gets up my nose as well. I know Micro$oft suffers from a lot of counterfeiting of their product but after some of the stunts they have pulled I think they shouldn't moan to loudly. I do find that their approach to try stopping this pirating is really over the top and makes you feel like a criminal even when you have paid top whack for your copy of Windows. Then just try and upgrade your hardware and you will be put through the wringer once again and have to swear on a stack of bibles that you are allowed to use this version on this computer and not let your granny anywhere near it on pain of death! ::)
