GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 Motherboard Problem

Guys I need some help
I have a GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 mother board
at first my board has corsair vengeancce 8gb 2x4gb DDR3 1600mhz of memory
and an F8 bios, never seems to have a problem.
It was then when I decided to upgrade my memory to
G.skill RipjawsX 32gb 4x8gb DDR3 1600mhz
I'm encountering on and off boot cycle every certain powerup
I tryed upgrading my bios to F9 and F10 still desame
I'm now using the latest beta UEFI bois U1C but still same issue
I notice that if I disabled the xmp profile for my memory the problem seems to go away.
So I started to think why is that im not having that kind of issue before when I was using
only 8gb of memory with xmp profile enabled?
Do I have a bad memory stick?
what do you think?
