hi all!
i got problem to start up my pc, it always takes about 10-15min before kick on, all fans are working, phase leds are all flashing (but processor fun not working 100%), my case power light is blinking, ive checked all connections and there look fine, but iam not sure what causing a problem, once start up is working fine,

Asus hd7870
16gb corsair XMS3 1333
Cooler Master Seidon 120m water cooling
Cooler master 600w psu
Cooler master 430 case
