GA-78LMT-USB3 constant Blue Screens

The following issue was sent to me via PM.

I am on Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Motherboard with Corsair DDR3 4 GB(1 x 4GB) PC RAM (CMV4GX3M1A1600C11)
,but on using my PC for the first month it managed to show me 6-7 blue screen error and using blue screen viewer i found the

Does My RAM 1600Mhz and board are conflicting with each other,i have not done any manual configuration for RAM in BIOS (O.C or something) so what should i do,even tried recovery option.

With this kind of issue the first thing to try and do is actually establish where the error is occurring as it could be due to hardware or software or even both. To do this try running in Safe Mode or run one of the free Linux distributions such as Ubuntu, live from a USB Pendrive. If you don't get a BSOD when doing this then the problem is more likely to me from the software rather than the hardware.

It would also help if you could post back with a full list of your hardware, especially the revision of your motherboard, GPU, PSU, Hard drives/SSD's , mouse, keyboard etc as this information might help narrow down the problem.

Have you run Memtest to see if it is a problem with your RAM module or CPU?

If you haven't done so then I would recommend doing that before you start looking to change things in BIOS. I know it isn't the same board but BSOD can be almost anything. I run a Ga-X99-UD4. I have had BOSD just like you. I could go for days and mine only happen when playing games.

I have tried to update my video software and that made things worse. I run a 39" LED TV for my monitor. It made the screen look really bad. So I went a different route.

I tried another video card again it made it worse. I even updated the bios really no help. Then I tried another video card and so far it hasn't BSOD for over 2 weeks. The thing is I have used the same version driver software with all 3 cards too.

Plus the other two video cards are running in 2 other computers just fine. So what I'm trying to said that not parts work together sometimes. How the memory might pass but it could be that the memory and motherboard don't play well together.

Have you run Memtest to see if it is a problem with your RAM module or CPU?

I have tried the same and it shows ERROR:0 but some intregat..... was there,i don't know what does that mean and after 100% process it showed me small fact mentioning 0 errors and process is complete and press Esc to quit and then i was out.

I  have now encountered a more new problem my PC wakes up automatically from hibernation just after a period of 5 second and using different way i found that my Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller have some issue ,so i got an update on driver but no winning stroke no i think that i have to uncheck it option foe allow it to wake computer.Any Suggestions........

I have already shifted the RAM from its previous slot and even got the graphic card out and again placed it back but still i'm suffering from the same and also done that memtest........

Any hardware changes before the problem started?  Software additions? Mem-stick most likely...(I've seen mem-sticks do all kinds of crazy things.) When I have the presence of mind to remember. I allway ground myself to the computer case before handling any of the parts. Malware is common problem that can doit too.  Passed Memtest? How many passes? Memtest doesn't allways work that good on 1 pass. On the other hand s&m works maybe little too good.  About the only thing I can think of really is to borrow a known good stick,from someone handle it very carefully and try it.  Alot of other things can cause the problem. But from where I sit those are the two most likely.

Edit: At Tomshardware and techspot.(and many many more)There seem to quite a few threads started concerning BSOD's and the halmacpi.dll I didn't see any real solutions yet though. http://www.techspot.com/community/topics/halmacpi-dll-ntkrnlpa-exe-bsods-on-fresh-win-7-install.179580/  Of course the tech(s),make the OP jump through all the usual hoops.   I'll keep looking and try to spare you as many questions as I can.
