I would go off the bios readings for now. A steady 35 is good. Assuming you didn't mean to put 352 at which point the board would of fried long before then.
A lot of software programs report wrong and they are slow to update software programs. My hardware monitor doesn't impress me at all as the voltages are all off. The temps seem better but are reported 2c to 5c higher than bios reports them.
