X58A-OC Endless loot on boot
« on: March 01, 2015, 12:44:09 pm »
Hi,
when i start the computer, i can see changing numbers on the motherboard, and normally it fix on FF but now its not anymore and after checking the HDs it says something like "verifying DRAM" and then reboot. Last time i had to shut down and reboot manually 5 or 6 times before it finally come to windows start.
Do you think the problem come from the RAM or the motherboards? How can I check that?
Thanks (and excuse my poor english),

Romain

Do you have all the memory slots with memory? If so try and re-seat them. If that doesn't help try taking one stick out at time to see which one is causing the problem.

Hi,

Indeed i have all the memory slots occupied.

But actually i solved the problem.
Before the problem start i changed the virtual memory on C:/ to put a value manually.
I just put "size managed by the system" and no problem anymore.
