GA-Z97X-UD5H-BK shuting down after 3 minutes

Hi guys !

I just bought this motherboard with a i5 4690, a XFX XTR 750 psu and a corsair Vengeance CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10.

All set up I push the power button and enter on BIOS to see if it recognizes the ram stick, cpu and so forth.

After 3min inside the bios the system shuts down.

Things that I tried:

1. Turning turbo boost off
2. Setting cpu clock and voltages to manual
3. Enabling and disabling the dummy load.
4. Disabling all the C's power control options
5. The temperature is ok 50 celsius
6. Using a speaker I just listen the startup beep and nothing else that could indicate something
7. The motherboard and cpu PSU cables are connected.
8. Bios version F5

Could someone help me ?

9. Just upgraded to bios F6 ... same problem.

10. Tested the psu 24/20 main power connector and the 8 pin cpu connector. All of them delivering the expected volts.
