Hi,
having problems after installing brand new gtx970, rig details at the end. All is plugged in correctly no issues found during gaming / benchamarks. No system / card overheating. Default BIOS settings. Bios version F6.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Play for some time / run benchmark for 15 minuts (not mandatary, issues appear sometimes without even playing)
2. Shutdown PC
3. Start PC
Result / problem found:
1. PC won't boot, black screen.
2. Fans on cpu/gpu turn for a second, than 'eeek' from mainboard then repeat, fans, 'eeek', repeat.
Some workarounds i found:
1. Hold power button little longer - boots eventually but not always, bios reset to default happened at least once
2. Shutdown whole thing, wait some time, power on again, boots properly.
Apart from that having another issue with this mobo - occasional bios resets to default which happened even before installing gtx 970. What is going on? Board has approx 4 months, is it faulty? Will provide additional info if needed.
