GA-P55M-UD2 Power cycling

System will power on for a second, power down for four or five seconds, then the cycle will repeat. I've tried isolating loads, removing RAM sticks, etc. and I still can't figure this one out. Any ideas?

That's the combo I purchased.

I have the same board (two of them actually). Sounds like a short maybe? Make sure it is mounted properly in the case with all of the standoffs in the correct positions. I have heard of a rogue standoff that someone did not know was there causing something like this before.

No luck.  I reseated it with different stands: same result.  So frustrating.
