gigabyte GA-EP45T-UD3R loop reboot

Hi all, i have pc with Gigabyte mother board, he works fine until one day..

no beep when turn on , restart after few seconds,
new fan , new PS

the beep system works, if i remove the memory stick i get beep...


all PHASE LED are on when i turn on the pc


hope you can help me :-)

if u put in old psu n fan does it work

no, that the main reason i tried to replace them..

no idea what it can be..


if u put in old psu n fan does it work

will it start into a recovery cd? if not then try to clear cmos.

no screen load, it turn on for 3-4 sec and reboot..
i try to remove cmos battery.

is that possible that the MB stop working?


will it start into a recovery cd? if not then try to clear cmos.
