Solved.
Samsung released an update few days ago, and now i'm able to access BIOS.
But i still have a problem, and i can't find the solution.
After i upgraded the mainboard + CPU / fresh Windows 7 installation, i have a weird issue
Randomly, the display turns off for 3-4 seconds, and on again.
I searched some answers, tried with different HDMI cables, but same story.
I checked the time when the display turned off-on, i went in Control Panel / Administrative tools / event viewer / and at that time, there is an error called
" Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding and has successfully recovered "
What is this error means ? Hardware failure ? nVidia driver failure ? Some other PC components are not working properly ??
I will keep testing. I will try to uninstall the nVidia driver with DDU, and get some older driver
