BIOS and Boot Menu doesn't work

Sorry, I misunderstood the question. I used Alt+F10/12. I didn't do any bench test since I'm too green with technology I didn't want to screw things.

If you read my post carefully, you'll see that I said forcing the BIOS to sync has helped others who were boot looping and who had screen display.  You have neither.

Try these steps:

It is possible to make the BIOS Auto-Recovery kick in (Dual BIOS) and re-flash the MAIN BIOS with the contents of the BACKUP BIOS.
 
This is a simple and easy method for anyone to try before having to resort to other more difficult methods, or a RMA.
 
1. Shut off the power supply using the switch on the back of the PSU, wait 10-15 seconds.
 2. Press and hold the case Power On swtich, then while still holding turn on the power supply from the switch on the rear.
 3. Still holding the case power on switch, the board will start, once it does release the case power on switch and shut off the power supply via the switch on the read of the unit. (Do the latter two parts as quickly as you can once the board starts)
 4. The board will shut down.
 5. Turn the power supply back on using the switch on the rear of the unit.
 6. Turn on the motherboard by pressing the case power on button.

Still nothing. Didn't work I also tried this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HhI-t5lh_38 and my friend insturcted me to hold the power button for 5 sec then my PC should turn on, then I should count another 5 sec, release the button and click it again but PC starts normally. What actually happens is - I hold the switch - PC is up for 5 sec then it turns of I have no idea why, then I wait another 5 sec and hit the button on again and it didn't help.

The system powers off when the power button is held because of a BIOS settings.  The options are "Soft Power Off" (which has a 4sec delay) or "Instant Off" which shuts the PC off immediately when the button id depressed.  Can't be modified unless you can enter BIOS.

A friend of mine found this guide
Method #1:
1. Shut your PC down (if you're reading this guide, than your PC isn't working anyways)
2. Hold the power button until the PC starts and shuts down again
3. Press the power button again, your backup BIOS should kick in now and should re-flash the main BIOS if there's anything wrong with it.

Method #2:
1. Shut your PC down
2. Hold the power AND the reset button for about 10 sec, than release.
3. Backup BIOS should kick in anytime soon now.

Method #3:
Had to use this one in order to get my 990FXA-D3 working again. Backup BIOS kicked in using method #2, but I was back to the good ol' no signal state once the procedure finished..
1. Short out pins 1 and 6 on the main BIOS chip (pin #1 should be marked with a red dot or whatever)
2. Tell a friend (or a relative) of yours to press the power on button
3. Remove the ghetto-like jumper you're holding between pins 1 and 6 as soon as you hear a beep.
4. Backup BIOS should kick in again and everything will (hopefully) be fine.

Uhm yeah, that's about it, I guess.
P.S Please bare in mind that the 3rd method should only be used if you have the following options:
Option #1 Follow my dumb advices.
Option #2 RMA the board.

I followed Method 1 and 2 but it didn't work. I tried method 3 but I have no paper clips only earrings which are tricky to work with...

*** Also I forgot to mention, when I run my PC without the Windows 7 CD, it goes straight to black screen with mouse cursor in it, but if I have win 7 CD in it loads up the GIGABYTE thing and then it goes to black screen with mouse cursor...

Well, there is something going on, either with your hardware or configuration that is keeping the system from starting normally.  Since we are not there to physically see.... it may be best to seek professional help if you are at a dead end.

Sadly I think I'll have to speak to someone professional who can look into this and hopefully fix it. Thanks for all the help indeed. At least we tried c;
