You need BIOS F7 with GA-H97M-D3H rev 1.1 for i5-5675C CPU support.
Grab a USB drive and format as FAT32. Place BIOS F7 on it.
You should be able to press <END> during POST and use Qflash to upgrade to F7 if the board you receive has F2 (shipping BIOS)
Honestly however, I'd op for a 4th gen CPU. 4790k about $40 more, or 4690k about $30 less. Comparable performance in all areas except graphics. 4600 vs. iris 6200. You lose hyper threading on the i5 4th or 5th gen. A mute point. Don't be fooled. There is nothing special going from 22nm to 14nm die and a lower TDP. Gaming performance is only marginally better and if you are using a dedicated GPU it doesn't matter. Your choice of course
