Different voltage and timing on RAM modules

Hello.
Few days ago I noticed that even though I have 16GB of RAM installed, I'm only using 8GB of it. So I started looking at the reason for this, and I found out that the RAM modules I have are actually a bit different.
Here's the ones I have:

The first one is running at 1.65v and have a CAS Latency of CL9, and the second one is running at 1.5v and have a CAS Latency of CL10. So I would need to raise the voltage level of the 1.5V one, to 1.65v. And change the latency.

But the thing is, I don't know how. I already tried going to the BIOS settings, but it seems like I can't change any of the values(?) Only thing I did manage to do was to disable XMP.

AMD FX(tm)-6100 Six-Core Processor
Gigabyte 970A-DS3
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660
Microsoft Windows 10 (10.0) Home 64-bit

CPU-z is showing all 16GB (4 ram sticks) hence it's all there!

That single-channel mode indicates the ram is probably intermixed - sort that out by pairing same sticks and it should show dual channel at least. However, the speed then will probably drop to 1333.

No need to fumble with settings as it is going nowhere - best idea get a set of 16GB (2x8) sticks and be happy.

So basically there's no way to get these modules to work correctly at the same time? Since they are a bit different.

Since all ram sticks are listed by CPU-Z it's all there!
See your System properties (in CP) and it likely shows 16GB, yes?!

Not sure what makes you believe you only got 8GB working?

As above, just get a set (2x8GB) ram and you will be all even and set.

Okay, long story short, if your windows installation as such is not borked (overclocked anything?) then replace 2 ram sticks to make it all even/same ram. Problem solved! I would make it all XMP ram.

Idle ram usage (no onboard graphics) with 16GB is typically ~2.9GB (plus ramdisk size if any installed)

There is one problem here and that is one set is CL9 & the other is CL10. They should be the same all CL9 or all CL10. The board might just be reading the CL9 by default. You can mix different set but the have to be the same speed and timings.
