I have Z170X-Designare bios F2 but I dont see Thunderbolt in bios. Where is it?

Check under the Peripherals Tab

There is nothing.

I looked through all the bios and I do not see anywhere thunderbolt.

Yes indeed.  This is in the manual...

To connect more devices, adjust Thunderbolt™-related settings under Peripherals\Intel(R) Thunderbolt in BIOS

But I don't see the settings under Peripherals either. 

Have you installed it under the OS...  the driver and the FW updater???

You may have to reach out to support for this one.

Thunderbolt Driver 16.1.47.275
When I try to do Thunderbolt FW Update B16.0718.1 is error

and whatever connection to port USB-C voltage is but nothing works

Open a ticket with Support.  The fact that its missing from the BIOS doesn't seem right.

I tried to do an update Thunderbolt 10-15 Times and always was a mistake.

Today I did again and success - Thunderbolt controler driver version - 16.1.47.2

And thunderbolt is in bios now !!!

Everything works well (USB-C )

Congrats!  So now we know the driver adds the device in DM.  Did you run the FW update utility as well?  I want to confirm what puts the entry in BIOS for my own knowledge.

Later - Thunderbolt FW Update - Tool Firmware 18 + TI 1.76 - B16.0718.1 - 66.1 Mb
