You can use a small metal piece like a butter knife to jump the jumpers. You have a black edition set the ram to 1066 then only use multiplier to oc cpu. Do not use fsb to OC. You over did your ram. If you still want to OC the fsb then loosen the timings of your ram. But honestly it will run better and faster at 1066 with just cpu multi overclocked with your timings then if you loosen timings to say 7-7-7. Make sure it is runnning unganged and dual channel and you will be pleased with it.
