I can't install the bluetooth driver to my P37x (Windows 8.1), either via Smart Update or by downloading the driver from the Gigabyte website. I get this error message:
"Could not write value C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\Bluetooth\ to key\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Exclusions\Paths
Verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel"
I've tried disabling Windows Defender, but it still won't work.
I had the same problem a few years ago, and an engineer solved it for me, but I'm now out of the warranty period so I don't qualify for that service. I'd really appreciate it if someone could give me some advice!
