RGB Fusion is a feature supported on Gigabyte Motherboard's. Its part of App Center. If you use a compatible Gigabyte GPU, it too will be supported. Note it says "synchronize with other AORUS devices". To my knowledge, fusion is not a standalone feature of the GPU. You have to have a GB motherboard with fusion installed for it to work.
