Blank screen after enabling secure boot, any way to fix it?

I think he is doing something wrong because he got to where you setup the drive to install windows. If windows isn't install he'll just going to the bios.

Or I have see this before once windows is install to a point. Where you reboot after the first step of installing windows. He might have to change it to boot to the SSD.
