Blank screen after enabling secure boot, any way to fix it?
shadowsports:
Hi,
I typed the steps from memory. I've done it many times. Its second nature.
Have you reset the BIOS to defaults before starting the install?
If you are ending up in BIOS, there is a hardware issue, incorrect BIOS setting or problem with the BIOS. I noted you updated to a beta BIOS. You may want to consider F8 or F9 if you continue to experience issues.

Chris step and take a breath. Start from Sq 1 by pulling the battery and clearing the cmos. Then going back in set your bios to default settings save and reboot. Then go back in set the time and date. Then go to the boot area to see if the NVMe SSD does shows up.
If doesn't then check to see if it is enable. Some boards do have a area where sometimes you have enable the NVMe drive. If you are using a USB drive to load windows. You have to plug that in 1st. Then go in the Bios and again to the boot area. Click boot option 1 and boot to the UEFI USB Drive 1st boot.
I have install windows 10 on well over 200 computers and almost every brand motherboard out there. On any motherboard don't start changing things in the bios before you install windows. On every board it is already setup to boot AHCI & UEFI.
You just can't stick in the USB drive and think the motherboard will boot to it. Plus people stay out of the bios unless you really know what the changes you making and why you made them. I learn years ago not to make any changes other things that you really need to changes.
On secure boot and CSM I don't ever change them unless I really have to.
Now if does boot to install windows once you get to the screen where ask you to do upgrade or custom. Click custom and on the next screen if you have only the 1 partition on the drive. Or if you have other partition you will have to delete them to get back to 1 partition.
Once that is done then click on that drive and then click new. It will ask if you want to do this just click OK till the drive is setup. You should have 3 partition. Then just make sure the large partition is highlighted and click next. You are on your way.
Now once windows is installed. It will start asking question. If you want off line account disconnect from the internet. Windows doesn't give you a option to make a online or offline account. If you are doing the offline account once you have enter a name plug the internet back in.

Then I cleaned the drive with disk part.

After reboot, the computer boot up into bios. (screenshots)

Did you install windows? If you did there will be a windows boot manager you boot from in the bios. If you just made the partition in the windows installation and reboot you don't have windows installed.
shadowsports:
If the system is restarting and booting into BIOS, you have one of the following:
Bad BIOS flash
Incorrect BIOS setting(s)
or
A faulty piece of hardware
Is windows installed or not - (what dmdilks asked)?
