Front power light stays on.Also Power supply

I have a
Motherboard Name   Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 v4
CPU Type   QuadCore AMD FX-4300, 3917 MHz (19.5 x 201)
In which the front panel light stays on all the time.Pc shuts down fine but light stays on after shutdown.
All front panel connecters appear to be correct.
Does same with different cpu
Just notice Psu keeps running as well

The power LED is a simple circuit.  If it remains lit after the system is turned off, there is likely a wiring issue.  Same goes for the power supply.  Something is keeping it from shutting down.  Try resetting the BIOS and performing a CLR_CMOS.  Also recheck all of your connections.  Might be (software or hardware) related.
