Thanks, the BIOS rev appears to be American Megatrends F8 27/12/2018. I have not updated the BIOS since I bought the MoBo. My CCPU is an Intel i7-8700 @3.20GHz.

If not already done, it might be helpful for you to review your manaual. It details the various menu options needed for Secure Boot configuration.
The basics being:
CSM [Disabled]
Disable Legacy boot options and enable UEFI boot only
Resetting Platform Keys
CLR_CMOS should also do it.
What are you using to install w11?
When you get this resolved, I'd move to BIOS rev F10 or F11 (Use QFLASH) I have 2 of these boards and am running both. They are stable.
