I'm really confused now.
After i installed Speccy, a very small program, i checked the ram.

I don't understand anymore. What is now the real ( default ) frequency ? 1066 MHz what BIOS shows, or 667 MHz ?

Theirs the confusion don't use it.

The default is 1066MHz your RAM can do 1333MHz.

1066MHz (Data rate MT/s) is 533MHz~ (I/O bus clock )
1333MHz (Data rate MT/s) is 667MHz~ (I/O bus clock )

Those images show you are running at 1078Mhz, is that what you intended?   You can easily see actual Ram frequency with CPU-z, in the "Memory" tab, what you see you will need to multiply x 2 and that will be the current memory speeds.

It's very similar to what you used above, just in a smaller package and a bit easier for you to tell what it what.   Be sure when you look you are looking at the Memory tab, the SPD tab shows programmed settings and speeds not actual speed in use.

The FSB:DRAM is 2:8
Isn't that a bit "strange" ?

1078Mhz, looks normal to me!

The 2:8 is just due to the memory divider you are using, nothing you can do to change that except use a different FSB and memory divider.

All normal if you want your ram running at 1066mhz
