Dynamic Energy Saver 2

Dynamic Energy Saver 2
« on: September 19, 2010, 08:08:58 am »
I've installed the Dynamic Energy Saver 2 on my H55-UD3H rev.1.0 motherboard. It's running in power saving level 3. Will it automatically disable the power saving mode when the computer gets some calculations to do?

Can yopu be a litle more specific in exactly what setup you are running ie is it getting its work from a LAN? Where are these calculations coming from?

Yes, when you put a load on the CPU such as doing some intense work or calculations the CPU will speed up to normal speeds, thus the power saving features will be disabled while the CPU is running at a higher rate.

Hi Lsdmeasap, I think that what the OP was asking was that if it was in power saving mode would it wake up to do a new work packet.

Ohh!   Well that would depend on his router, and what power settings he set for the power plan per the LAN Device.
