I dont see a problem there as long as the graphics card is PCIE then it should be fine.

Ok, thanks for responding.  You answered my question.  I should have gave more info.  This is an old AGP card, and for anyone that reads this i found out AGP will not work in PCI or PCIe  :P

No. Quite right AGP, PCI and PCIE are not interchangeable with each other. ;)
