Hi again!
Ok, the GIGABYTE On/Off Charge feature looked so good I thought I would give it a try. I think it was a big mistake...
After installing the GIGABYTE On/Off Charge feature, I noticed a number of strange things occur...
1. Somehow, another program called "Update Manager 32-bit" installed itself as well [and what is really strange about this, it appears in my control panel, but NOT in my "Add/Remove Program" feature of Control Manager.
2. My computer will not shut off now [all lights stay on and HD light shows HD is working it's bottom off].
Special Note: I am wondering if my Enermax Infiniti 720 PSU might have something to do with this...this PSU has a special function called "Cool Guard" which causes System Fans, CPU Fan, etc. to keep running for 1-3 minutes after shut down...
According to Enermax, they say this about the CoolGuard: The new patent feature, running not only PSU fan after shutdown, but all system fans to get the heat out of the system and increasing system lifetime by up to 20%.
It also has a feature called "Power Guard." Not sure if this had something to do with it too...
There is more about these features here:

I uninstalled the GIGABYTE On/Off Charge feature but my system still will not shut down unless I turn off the power button on the PSU in the back...
Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My system was working perfect just prior to this blunder on my part!
