Gigabyte 6850 Fake

Many people in Serbia have an unsolvable problem with Gigabyte 6850. Graphic Cards not working. Guys cant play games with Gigabyte 6850 cards.
What is problem with people in Gigabyte??? Gigabyte say waiting new BIOS, new VGA BIOS, hey, When???

I'm so sorry people who buy 6850 Gigabyte. Some will not replace with good graphic. They wait mount or more for some stupid test and get back same card. Do not working i some games and many other problems.
I have 5870 and everything is OK, but this is not correctly. People pay almost 200e.

Think twice before buy first graphic card series. For next cards I will wait 3-4 mounths after first cards on market before buy.
Gigabyte is big producer this unacceptable. I do not know how this people ever buy Gigabyte??? 6850 replaced with 6870 as a gift can not correct distrust this.

6870 working good. All people say that. But 6850 must be replaced with good card all people who have 6850.
And after replaced with good card mistrust in Gigabyte remains. Guys have tried everything but card is noit good, not working in some ORIGINAL games and 3D Mark and other programs.

I have 5870 and everything is OK.

5870 my card works great, temp is so low 38-41C idle (890/1290 clock) Gigabyte Eyefinity 2GB.
6870 Works Good too.

I'm talking about the problems that many people have with 6850 Gigabyte.
But this is not three or five 6850 cards , many, many more.

I see what you mean. I had that exact same problem a few years ago on a different card. It is  a driver issue.

Acc it is NOT a driver issue! My other Sapp*hire works like charm with the same drivers. As a mather of fact, this card was return to me as good one with " no problems"
There is bunch of ppl in serbia who bought 200 euro card wich is not working.

 I am returning to store right after the holidays, if problem persists I will take another vendor 6850...

It seems to be awfully unusual that the only problems being raised are from Serbia. I wonder if there has been any counterfeit cards sold there. Might be worth checking.

Gogole translator is bad, do not make jokes. This card sucks! I am IT profesional, I have 4 computers wiht Gigabyte components in them. If this do not truns out the way it should, I will never buy or recomend gigabyte component again...

What can I tell You, . Thank you for the giving a try. Maybe I should return this card this week, but I was definitely a change for another. I can not bother with it if there are problems or not. It is impossible that only a small number of us have a problem, but when they testing cards problems simply go away. I think it would be best that I can replace for a sapphire, or in extreme case supplement for a 6870 or gtx460. What do U think ?

Don't take it all too personally though.  I understand that you are having problems with this card and the same for a few others but we can do nothing about it apart from discuss the problem and maybe find a solution. Don't forget this is only a forum and we don't have any influence directly over Gigabyte I'm afraid.
