Haha, good thought man, but yes of course I've tested many things.    And since I see it across multiple boards, and on X58 only with the introduction of the larger EFI hybrid BIOS, I know it is somehow caused by the newer BIOSes.

But ya, older BIOSes on X58 do not have this issue since they do not have the EFI modules added.   All P67 BIOS have the issue.

I can't really send in a report on it either, because it is not easily reproducible - until I can figure out exactly how to cause it any report I send in would be a random problem report which isn't going to help them look into anything.    I've been trying to narrow it down, but no luck so far, I only know how to resolve it  ;D

No not come across it on my P67 yet but by the sound of things that enjoyable experience is just waiting in the wings! My X58 board has the ordinary BIOS on it so that should be safe.

So it doesn't only happen on the B3 updated boards then. I wondered if it was something to do with that but obviously not.
