Hi Folks
I have actually been through all the suggested information previously, HOWEVER, I missed the actual fix on one of them. The discussion went on for 14 posts after the OP actually already had a solution. Basically I ran DISKPART and did a clean all at the disk selection Windows install screen and then after a couple of reboots I know have Windows 7 installing!!!!!!!!!!!! Gees what a mare that was. I wont be buying Samsung disks again, not sure what that is all about. I've only ever experienced issues like this on servers when installing 2008 and that is normally just a driver.
Thanks Teknology for directing me back to this article, I wsas just about to go up PC World and buy another drive.

MUCH APPRECIATED!
Thanks also to all others that took the time out to respond very impressed!
Cheers
Rich
