Code a errors are nearly always caused by bad hardware. I asked about your PSU because of the fact you are running a Quad core and the error code is for hardware. Often a PSU (cheaper kinds) do not give clean current to the motherboard, or some experience huge under-voltage which is not a good thing. But without the full error dump there is little anyone can do to exactly pinpoint your problem.

Now lets move on and see if we can find the problem.  When you next boot up press F8 and select 'last know good configuration' in safe mode. Then un - install the drivers from the last piece of hardware you installed.

Oh I am assuming that your system did work correctly until recently....yes?  If removing the driver of your last piece of installed hardware resolves the problem, then simply find the most up to date driver that the hardware vendor lists, download it and see if that resolves the issue.
