using AHCI MODE -WIN7 64bit very slow boot-(4 min) ???help

WIN7 64bit- GA-Z68X-UD3H-B3 (rev. 1.3)-wd black 1t sata3 64m
intel i5 2500k/
new computer
im using Win7 64bit - with the win native support for AHCI built in, updated to the latest ver/
all the right bios setting/ the latest bios ver f10.
after boot all is running fine.
 only booting time is more then 4 min. crazy.

what can i do?
i read a lot about that problem with GIGABYTE - Motherboard.
any idea ?? plz.

yep...
sell gigabyte and buy asus...


try to reconnect cables, sometimes that might help

Hello,
I just built a P67A UD5, 2600k, SSD etc and when I first installed win7 it boot in seconds....
Then I installed the GB utils and boot time was long...
I have just uninstalled the GB utils and boot time is seconds again...
I can only assume that something in the GB utils is really slowing down the startup
