To the OP, can you boot with 2 or 3 sticks only?  If so, then you likely just need to adjust some settings, QPI/Vtt would be first (maybe 1.15-1.3), then if that doesn't help you may need to increase System Agent (try up to 1.2, but try this last as it's normally not needed)

So, I didn't notice he already tried QPI/Vtt (Memory voltage changes were not suggested - by me anyway).   Back to page one to cipher through that again
