Need  bit more information what revision board do you have what bios are you using and other parts of your computer.

Make sure bios is latest aviable also email gigabute support and ask if they have a alpha or beta bios aviable that addresses this condition.

Hi there,

just because you got the board in January doesn't mean it will have the latest BIOS and it is worth double checking which version you are running as the latest available for your motherboard is F8e available here: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=3908&dl=1#bios and if you are not using this version then I would suggest you update to this and see if it helps.

I would strongly recommend that you use the QFlash utility to update the BIOS and also that you disable the "Keep DMI Data" on the QFlash homescreen before flashing the BIOS.
Remember, when all else fails a cup of tea and a good swear will often help! It won't solve the problem but it will make you feel better.
