The 7870 with the windforce 3, by default, the fans do not go below 40%. The card idles at 25c when i manually set the fans down to 25%. any plan to update firmware/bios to allow the fans to automatically lower to 25% or something less than 40? card is unnecessarily noisy when not gaming because of this.
