TBS 6280 TV card not found by Z77-D3H

Hi Everyone,
I'm trying to get my Z77-D3H to recognise a TBS 6280 TV card.
Tried three different PCI slots.
Running Windows 7 64, latest bios f14, latest drivers
Graphics Saphire HD7750
 Intel Core i7 3770K
Any ideas?
