Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H continuous short beeps due to RAM

Hello, I recently upgraded my pc to a Gigabyte GA-Z77x-D3H and Intel i7 2700k. I am using the same 2 sticks of RAM that i used in the previous build. (G.Skill F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL). If i put both sticks in, I get very many continuous short beeps followed by it powering off automatically. It will then turn on by itself and produce the same continuous short beeps and cycles.

When I remove 1 stick of RAM, it boots to windows just fine. I even tried to swap the stick, including another 16GB pair of Corsair Vegeance and they all work when installed alone. I have also tried different slots, but only slot 1 & 2 work with a single stick. when i put 2 sticks in, it never works, no matter the slot.

I have found this issue online, but do not see a fix. Does anyone know what the issue is? I checked the voltage in bios, and it is 1.5v as the ram needs. The timing looks like default as well.  I have a Corsair XT 750w Power Supply.

I have also updated the bios to F9.    Any ideas?
